why do i feel like i should hate this song when I sing it constantly, find myself screaming the words at the top of my lungs when i'm driving and being completely mesmerized by it when i'm doing ordinary tasks and it plays off of my itunes?

Sometimes the worst songs call to us and infect our brains. That's the only way I can justify the "Crank That Soulja Boy" and "Umbrella" phenomena.
As for ICP, I feel your pain, but thankfully, don't know anyone who proudly supports the groups so-called efforts. Or..at least..if they do..they keep them as hidden as my secret joy of listening to Avril Lavigne.
haha! thank you Myles! And I can't tell you how many times i have listened to soulja boy via youtube and watched all the different cartoon'd versions! my students even taught me the dance and during my volleyball coaching stint we did it together whenever they won...not really appropriate...but fun!
